This complaints procedure applies to the entire supply chain, i.e. also to our suppliers. The complaints procedure is open to any person or organization that has relevant information on the violations cited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under&nbsp;<strong>Point 3<\/strong>&nbsp;(Complaint regarding the employment relationship) you can complain about your working conditions if you are or have been employed by our company. This complaint will be&nbsp;<strong>through our&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Personnel department<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;edited.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Point 4<\/strong>&nbsp;refers to information in accordance with the&nbsp;<em>Law for better protection of whistleblowers<\/em>&nbsp;(Whistleblower Protection Act - HinSchG) and are&nbsp;<strong>processed by our internal reporting office.&nbsp;<\/strong>The complaints procedure is open to any person who is employed by our company or works for us as a temporary worker and has relevant information on violations under the HinSchG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Anonymity<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can of course submit your complaints completely anonymously. However, we would like to point out that we will not be able to confirm receipt in this case. You will also not receive a final report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, if you are willing to provide us with your contact details, we guarantee that your entry will be treated confidentially and that you will not suffer any disadvantages as a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The advantages of providing contact details are the receipt of a confirmation of receipt, the possibility of queries from us on important details and the receipt of a final report on the procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements for information\/complaints:<\/strong><br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Describe the incident\/violation as precisely as possible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What exactly happened?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Designate responsible persons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who committed the violation or triggered the incident?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Tell us the specific time and place of the violation or incident:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When exactly and where exactly did the incident\/violation occur?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- If other persons are affected, please name the persons involved\/affected, as these may be important witnesses:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who else was affected?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who saw, heard or observed the incident?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- If possible, please&nbsp;<strong>Evidence&nbsp;<\/strong>that prove the misconduct of the person(s)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>E.g. photos, witness statements, medical reports, etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Please let us have your contact details for any queries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Processing the<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;Notes\/complaints:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp;<strong>Receipt of the message<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be notified of receipt of the notification within&nbsp;<strong>seven working days <\/strong>confirmed. The confirmation may already contain possible queries about the facts of the case. The person providing the information is given the opportunity to&nbsp;<strong>Exchange<\/strong>&nbsp;where further questions can also be clarified.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp;<strong>Checking the note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The information will be examined internally by the responsible contact persons. Investigations will be carried out into the circumstances described. As long as a violation of the law cannot be confirmed, the presumption of innocence applies to the person responsible. We continue to attach importance to a&nbsp;<strong>fair<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Handling<\/strong>both with whistleblowers and with the persons concerned. We always endeavor to do this during investigations,&nbsp;<strong>Proportionality&nbsp;<\/strong>to preserve.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.&nbsp;<strong>Conclusion of the investigation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result of the investigations, preventive or remedial measures are initiated if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.&nbsp;<strong>Final report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After completion of the investigation, but at the latest after&nbsp;<strong>three months<\/strong>A final report is drawn up and sent to the persons concerned and the whistleblower.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.&nbsp;<strong>Setting<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;the processing&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>one<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;Complaint<\/strong><strong>\/a note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the reported incident or violation is not confirmed by our investigations, the reasons for the<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>The whistleblower will be informed when the processing of the complaint is discontinued.
